Food(Cold brew coffee)

Cold brew coffee is a method of making coffee where coarsely ground coffee beans are steeped in cold water for an extended period, typically 12 to 24 hours. Unlike iced coffee, which is brewed hot and then cooled down, cold brew is brewed without heat, resulting in a smoother, less acidic taste. The cold steeping process extracts the coffee’s flavors more slowly, giving it a rich, mellow profile. After brewing, the coffee is strained to remove the grounds and can be served chilled over ice, often with milk or sweeteners, for a refreshing and less bitter coffee experience.
